Orquesta Sistema Son
Directed by Rigoberto Lopez, a wonderfully talented Bass player, Arranger, as well as Musical Composer. Rigo was born in Havana Cuba in 1965. He began his musical education at a very early age when his parents noticed his natural inclination to music. He studied at The National Art Institute of Cuba; thereafter he continued his studies at The Superior Institute of Art (ISA), also in Havana, Cuba. Shortly thereafter his professional career took off!
He has had the privilege of touring not only his native country of Cuba, but also the world. Such far away places as France, Italy and Spain. He has had the privilege to perform with many musical talents such as Guillermo Rubalaca, Pachito Alonso, Adalberto Alvarez y Su Son, Juan Carlos y El Grupo Dan Den.
And here he is launching his latest undertaking…Orquesta Sistema Son
